Apps published by Kindology Creations LLC are licensed, not sold, and may be governed by their own terms, end-user license agreements, or app store terms presented at download or within the app. If an app-specific agreement and these Terms conflict, the app-specific agreement controls for that app. Information on the Site about our apps is descriptive and may change as the apps evolve.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
